Bullet tips
Productivity:
‘What we fear doing most is usually what we need to do most’ - Tim Ferriss
Superbly put by Tim Ferriss. Sit back and think about the tasks you’re holding off, and most likely they’re the ones you need to do the most.
Of course there’s the fear of the task not living up to expectation, or our own ability not living up to expectation.
Fear means you care, take that as an advantage and use it as a tool.
Those doubts are expected, but… for me action over inaction always wins!
Wealth:
‘Too many people spend money they earned..
to buy things they don't want..
to impress people that they don't like’ - Will Rogers
Stuff!
Stuff everywhere!
Our lives our filled with just lots of stuff!
When you’re working, remember you are selling your time for money. Whatever you spend your money on, make it worth the time you’ve sold.
(If you’re lucky enough to love your job, this won’t apply)
Are you spending on things deep down you know you don’t want/need? Don’t be a crowd pleaser, please yourself!
Life:
‘The whole future lies in uncertainty.
Live immediately’ - Seneca
It’s a common mistake, we unconsciously forget to live in the moment.
All the hippyish ‘live for the present..’ etc can lead to excessive eye rolling, but there’s actually validity to it. A genuine reminder we need.
Why do we worry about the future so much? Worrying is simply a state of unknowns… the future is full of uncertainties.
Try to bring this into your daily consciousness. Think about living for now and start living immediately!
That’s why we’re here, right?

Reads you need
The Subtle Art of Not Giving A F*ck - book by Mark Manson
A unique, and heavily entertaining approach to life advice.
Straining out what we should really care about, and eliminating what we shouldn’t. Includes extra swearing which is strangely refreshing.
His argument is supported by academic research and pure honesty. Highly recommended for an uplifting and potentially life changing read.
Not an affiliate link by the way, just a genuine recommendation!
